hey guys i curently own a 2010 gsxr750 :punk wasnt my first but it was/is my dream bike! Anyway im looking for a gsxr600 for track only and was wondering if there is a perfered/better year for a good track bike. By that i mean easier to get parts or to modify on your own.

i been a mechanic for like 6 years now but never worked on a bike so its gonna be my first project bike! any suggestions would be appreciated.

wrecked bike...good frame....low miles imo less then 15k...perfect for the track and shouldn't cost much. If your not sure take pictures of the bike in question and post them. Someone will tell you to run away from it if you need to:lmao

I would say go with a 06-07 just because parts are EVERYWHERE and there just old enough where the price is right. But new enough to look oh so good:drool
