Im looking at buying a 750 and the gearing is -2/+2, will only be a track bike since the Ducati has not been nice to me lately, so shes going in time out for a while. First track will be Barber...anyone have experience at Barber, and / r experience in -2/+2 gearing? Thanks

Never been to Barber but based on some of it's high speed areas i'd say start with -1+2.:cheers

I feel like that type of gearing is much better for stunts or city riding. On the track I prefer stock gearing. -1/+2 or anything of the sort may increase acceleration, but kills your top speed and causes you to run higher rpms without increased speed

Not familiar with that track, but that gearing might be good for lots of twisties...other than that I think it would really get on my nerves
