I have been reading all over the net about ZMA and its great benefits, including its great sleep benefits (i have serious problems sleeping) who here is using this stuff and have you seen dramatic strength increases? every were i read it says you will see a 20 to 25% increase in strength! http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

I've used it a couple different times to try and help me sleep better. I didn't think it helped with the sleep part at all. As far as the strength gains any supplement will make you feel stronger as long as you believe it's making you stronger. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

The reason for the "strength gains" is that ZMA is thought to help maintain normal serum testosterone ranges, or even increase it. The supplement is thought to aid in sleep due to the zinc in the product. If you do take ZMA be sure that you don't take it with calcium containing products (calcium will compete with the zinc for absorption)

I will stress that there has been no independant scientific studies to support any claims made about the benefits of ZMA.

I have a few friends that use it and as soon as mine gets here.. I plan to use it myself along with Tribulis T. Perhaps someone here who knows a great deal about the stuff can go into detail. I know someone who does... but won't mention any names.
