My legs are starting irritate me. They rub together when I walk unless I walk really bull legged like I was fucked by a bull.
What do you guys do? Baby powder?

I get that a bit when I'm on the treadmill and wearing shorts. Wear boxer briefs instead of boxers.

OMG .. How bad is that! I replied to that thread too. I have been exploding my legs and I have notice fast gains in my legs and glutes, but my upper inner thighs are rubbing and it sucks. I guess it will go away...

i had a girl friend with that problem.in the morning when she was on the tread mill,her legs would rub so bad it smelled like someone burned the bacon,lol

One word. Lube! Sounds perverse, but seriously, some vaseline will help. Running stores carry a product called bodyglide that is even better. Goes on like deoderant, grease-free, non-staining, the whole works. Never train for a marathon without it.
