i just had tires and rear brakes put on. right after i picked up my bike i was riding in third gear at about 4k rpms with the throttle at about a quarter open. the bike started sputtering then was fine then sputtered again then was fine for 30 seconds. it did this a few times then it stalled and gave me a check light. after i restarted it and started riding again and it did the same in fourth gear under the same conditions as third gear. this problem was only happening around 3-4k rpms. i had to ride home in a lower gear to bring up the rpms to about 6k to keep the bike from doing this. does anyone have any ideas what this could possibly be?
