Can somebody please tell me if a 2005-06 Akrapovic evolution system would fit on a 04'1000?I know the part# is different but some say it will fit?Thank you...

the headers from 01-06 are interchangable i believe, they will totally bolt up no problem. i don't know if you'll have problems hanging the muffler though. get another confirmation before you go through with it

I have a 05 Akra Evo System mounted on my k2 1000 and I had no problems. I have it up for sale. It is brand new. PM me or email me at yoitsgunna at yahoo dot com if your intrested in the system cheaper than buying a new one

that's interesting, I would have never thought they would interchange.

I only got the exhaust cause I found a posting in one of the treads that showed it thats how i found out
