I was driving a semi, over the road for the last year....and needless to say my eating habit were horrible. I am now a student and i have the time to dedicate myself to good eating and good lifestyle changes. I weighed myself, and i was appauled 300lbs. Since then i have started atkins, and started riding my bike. First, i was surprised that i had lost all aerobic capaicity...a ride that would have been easy a year ago was the hardest rides of my life. Second, i know some of you will bash the atkins.....BUT I NEED TO GET SOME WEIGHT OFF FAST....IT IS NOT HEALTHY TO BE CARRYING THAT MUCH WEIGHT AROUND. Atkins isnt any less healthy then what i was eating that got me this fat. I am not crushing really bad foods like burgers with mayo....i eat chicken and chicken boulon etc....really clean food, not fatty shit. once i loose the weight i plan on a balanced diet....including carbs. Well so far i have seen 15lbs drop and the clothes are loosening up. I am so happy and i hope that i can keep the motivation to lose all of this fat!!!
