A lot of ISPs give you 5MB of homepage storage (included in your mo. costs) to start you off. Sometimes they don't volunteer that info, and you have to call to get them to activate it. If you're talking big sites with less restriction on upload and download times/sizes, there's lots of places out there that offer it for cheap. Pick up any computer magazine, and there's pages of ads in the back for just that.
