well im helping out the g/f with getting on track for diet exerciese.. so im putting together an Excel workbook that contains foods and their basic nutritional value. Also included is going to be an automated calculator so you can just plug in the #'s and get your total calories/protein/carbs/fat for a days worth of eating.. i might also format another page for creating a log of food and workout routine if i can get some spare time ... ocne its done i can email to whoever wants it or if theres a few that would like to beta test that would help out alot.. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif

why dont you just use a calculator thata already out there. "weight by date pro" was alright when I used it for a about half a week. It takes too much time to imput all your info. Its good for somone that wants to be very strick on their calorie intake. But then again you have to measure and weigh every serving.
Good luck on your spreadsheet though. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

you wont have to input anything.. im doing it for you all you need to do is copy the data of food types and nutritional values.. calculates everything for you.... this is just a start.. not everyone can always be online.. this could also be used with something like a palm pilot if you have the palm version of Excel http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
