The ones i hate the most and have quit doing which i know i should do are'
BARBELL HACK SQUATS
BARBELL FronT SQUATS

and i hate lunges also as i think about it...i gonna start up the front squats again..but fuck i hate them...such a unatural position...and hack squats are the worst fucking exercise ever invented...just too fuckin akward...so lets here what you people hate the most

I'm not a huge fan of hamstring exercises. That and abs.

For some reason I hate back exercises. I don't know why. It just doesnt feel the same as when I work out other muscles.

I hate seated rows...I do them...but I really can't stand them...that and hacks. My two favs are incline dumbell presses and military presses on the smith...

I hate all my chest exercises. For some reason I can't feel the pump in my chest, and it shows in my dismal increases in poundage compared to other exercises.

Lat-pulldowns... Though I often start with this exercise and always use gloves, I still feel like my skin is going to rip off my hands with every rep.... and sometimes it does. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

ABS!!! I hate them... more specifically lower abs, like leg lifts. Ugh. My face ends up looking like a tomoato it's so red. But I bust my arse through them, and today at the gym I did 50... yuck!

Straps are the best, and you will increase the weight you lift with them, don't be one of those glove guy's http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/bitchslap.gif. Trust me on that one, straps are awesome.

I hate preecher curls and my least favorite muscle to do is back.

I'm like sampson when it comes to gloves I never lift without them, if I take them off I'll lose all my strenght. I'm getting worse, I even wear them on leg days now http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

I'm cool with everything except front and lateral sholder raises.
