Hey I'm looking at a silver 2002 Audi A4 Quattro and test driving it tomm. but I wanted to know if any of you guys out there know anything about Audi's and if there a good car to get? any common problems? too expensive to maintain and insure? it has the 1.8 four cylinder AWD 5-speed with 67k miles and they want $11,900 for it, too much? wow that's getting old, I searched to find Audi forums but it gets into more detail more then how they like the car. I figured someone here has or had one and could just simply tell me what I would like to know.

i used to work at an audi dealership for 6 years. check the maintinence history. iirc, the 02-04 audi's had MAJOR oil sludge issues that required a top end overhaul on nearly every a4.

you'd be better off not rushing into this car and doing some of your own research.
if it were that good a deal, it would be sold by now.
