Don't know much about them but there are a few comments i've over heard. Rear ends tend to break but I think thats when you're off roading and they consume more fuel then a similar truck from a different manufacturer.

Don't really have any intentions of offroading, I'd probably only use the 4x4 once or twice a year for that matter :lol

Only reason I would need it is if we get any more snow storms in the future like we've had this year. I'm considered "mission essential personnel" so I have to be at work regardless of road/weather conditions :banghead

Well I just traded my '05 LE in on a Tundra. I have to be honest and say I'm a bit disappointed with mine. In addition to a ton of rattles and squeaks, I had to service the brakes twice, replace shocks twice, and had both rear axle seals leak....all in 65,000 miles of use. Luckily I never had a major rear end issue with the truck like a lot of other Titan owners. If you're set on buying this truck, definitely check the condition/repairs done to the rear end axle seals (actually the axle vent), leaf spring clips (notorious for annoying rear end squeaks), and brake rotor warping.

Anyone else have anything?

Bad ass mo fuggin truck :thumbup
So many nice features and amount of interior room.

I have 2 buddies that have them and they love em. The titan is 1 buddies 1st truck (06) and the others 3rd(05). Buddy on his 3rd said it's the best full size he has owned (2 others a F-150 and silverado). The gas mileage is slightly better than trucks in that YEAR category, as the newer trucks have cylinder shutdown and such. Most likely you shouldn't really care about gas mileage cause you are in a sence knowing what ur getting yourself into when buying a full-size IMO. They both work and tow with them frequently and have had 0 issues. They both don't see any off-roading besides the twice a year drive up the trails to the hunting spot we go to. 1 has 59k on the clock and if im not mistaken the other has around the same (1 was brand new the other with 16k) and besides routine maintenance have had no problems. I wouldn't really consider brakes/rotor warping and shocks a manufacture flaw but rather more of your driving style and quality of parts used. They are both bulls in the snow and besides filling up the fuel tank, I haven't heard them complain about a thing and both are very picky :dunno

Just like anything else there is always gonne be people that say it's a POS and others say its the best truck ever. I say you do it pussy and if you are worried about costly expenses if something were to happen, buy an extended warranty.
