Well its snowing today so I can't ride yet again.

Bored waiting around to go to work so I took some pics. I would have taken it outside to get a nice backdrop of snow but its raining now.

These are huge so dialup users don't bother.

The pics arent that great but I didn't have much room in my crammed garage.

It never snows here, hell it rarely gets below freezing in Houston. At least you have yours, I'm still waiting. Nice bike.

Nice bike. Looking at selling my '00 SRAD at the end of this year and getting a '04 or '05 600 or 750, haven't decided yet. One piece of advise though if you haven't done it already, get rid of those ugly reflectors and fender, that is if you can get away with it in your area. Congrats on the new ride.

Don't I need a kit to remove the mud flap thing?? I'm kinda broke after buying all my gear

you can make a bracket to hold your plate and lights real easy just cut your mud flap off and use a couple brackets and stuff from a hardware store.
I don't have the link but there is a link to someone who has made one and gives you all the measurements you need...someone post it up?

the rear mudflap unbolts. 3 bolts and it comes off. no need to hack. little bit of aluminum bent and its good to go.

2 things:

What happened to the awesome looking White Face Tach, and

its good to see that you no longer need to cut the left fairing for Frame Sliders to fit properly, the bracketed ones are crap.

And also, why dont they come from the factory with steel braided brake lines? It's one of the first mods all owners do, besides pipe ( which depends on Local laws and personal preference) and fender eliminator (which again deals with law enforcement DOT issues). I dont see why SS lines are stock.
