I have a bowflex and it seems to work out my muscles pretty well. Does anyone here have any info on them about how good they will work in the long run. And I am only about 5'10 and wanting to tone up my definition. I weigh about 155 or so and I can't ever figure out if I should lift heavy or light weight. Any help is great!

well. you could get both outta a bowflex. but your resistance is somewhat limited along with exercises.. free weights are the best mass adders and cables help for refinement and definition. always lift heavy to put on mass, and do that first. then try to lean out and add definition

what i have been told isbowfelxxes are good enough for females but if wanting to put on mass you should use freeweights for best results.....but if you do use it ebay has alot of the bands cheap
