I was at the north american bike show and the decals were already pealing off from peoples legs rubbing on them.

Thats some cheap horse shit! I would be having my tank clear coated if i had one.

Sorry skippy...I think you be wrong. They seem to be clear coated on my bike so I would guess that the ones at the show were "pre-production" bikes just for the show.

I second that...that was one of the first things I checked out when we got one on the showroom floor. I remembered rumors of them not being clear coated...when in fact the actual preduction models are. Rest Assured!
