Here's the deal. If wire the hub like I have drawn you will control the map switching with the nos mini off a delay. So if you set the nitrous delay for say 1 second than set the output for .9 seconds. It will trip the map just before the nitrous sprays with no lean spike. Blue output wire straight to the solenoid for negative signal. White wire is simply power, you just choose where to mount a arming switch. Wht/blu wire goes to tps signal, should be pink/black wire on lower right side of tbs in a 3 wire pack. Green goes to negative coil, this is for tach signal, if your airshifter is tied into the coils you can simply tap onto one of the wires, if not go up to the spark plugs and tap one coil, each coil should have a common color, and each one should have a different color, tap onto any of them that are a different color. The black wire just gets grounded, Always ground everything on the bike to the negative side of the battery, never ground to the frame, trust me this is important.

For the nitrous. Any fitting that is pointed or flared gets no teflon, any straight fitting gets teflon tape. So you will see pretty much any part that screws into a fitting such as the bottle valve, solenoid, distribution block will get teflon. Any thing a nitrous line hooks onto does not get teflon. Don't overtighten anything just snug it. harge the system and check for leaks and tighten as needed.

I can get you through it trust me.

i'm going to be honest, i don't know what i'm looking at. show me a relational database E.R. Diagram or Data Flow Diagram and i'm all over it, but wiring diagrams are a bit foreign to me. if i'm understanding this correctly, the yellow wire from the Mini is telling the PC to change maps when the Arming switch is turned to "ON". i got that much. i'd probably need Stephen to make some sense of all this.

no the map will not change until the nitrous sprays. Or what ever you set the delay to. Lets say you delay the nitrous for 1.5 seconds you set the other output for 1.4 seconds. That means when you go wot the map changes after 1.4 seconds and the nitrous starts spraying after 1.5 seconds.

ohhhh, so in your example: once the system is "Armed" the map switching is being controlled ultimately by the throttle position being at 100% and the delay on the blue wire (nitrous solenoid) is set to 1.5 with the delay on the yellow wire (relay to PC Hub) set to 1.4. So i'm guessing the NOS Mini's yellow wire is what's typically used for a 2nd stage of nitrous, but for my setup it's being used to flip the map switch on/off through the relay?

no the second stage is not even being used. Each stage has an output to be used for things such as timing retard, etc.

It is not recommended that you use teflon tape on a nitrous system. The teflon could get stuck in the nitrous solenoid and hold the plunger open allowing nitrous to spray even when you have the nitrous switched off. Use pipe dope on the fittings but like J said, nothing is necessary on the "an" side of the fitting.

Man o man do I hate Wiring, I ahte it so much I dont even attempt to wire shit anymore LOL. The sad part is its easy but annoy's the hell outa me :hammer

I know I know, but I've never had a problem.

I haven't had a problem either (when I did use teflon) but the systems I do now I use the pipe dope.
