To settle an ongoing 3yr long debate on a mercedes forum whether a bonestock E55 AMG(supercharged 500hp/520tq) is faster than a bonestock E63 AMG(N/A 510hp/465tq) I got together with an E55 for some friendly runs.
It was 21degress outside&traction was an issue for both cars. There was no way we could go from a dig(traction) so we did 3 hiway rolls from 45mph.
1st run= my car spins&the E55 immediately puts 1-1.5cars on me but I stayed in it til we both tagged the rev limiters@160mph
2nd run=we get a clean start&I pull a litttle on the 55&maintain it til I hit the brakes at 145mph when we approach a single car in the slow lane(u can see the car ahead of me lol)
3rd run,a botched start&I let off&then got back on it but was too late.
Verdict: cars are pretty much dead even from a roll(taking driver skills out of the equation)&it's down to whoever gets a slight jump.....it was all in good fun.

Now...this race here has started some major controversy as to what mods the caddy has&if he was spraying or not.....it's pretty ugly for the E55(but,it's stock after all lol)
Caddy has 9.5" crank pully,CAI,160 T-stat&pre-loaded tune from SCT tuner...traction was a major issue but the results(listen to the E55 driver&passenger) are predictable w a 700hp CTSV
