I used to only get them when I was taking creatine, but now every time I workout I get so pumped it is incredible. I have cut way back on my lifting (I overtrained for a long time) and I use much tighter form (because of lifting lighter due to injuries). I don't take any supplements at all and my diet is o.k but I do eat alot of carbs. I have been thinking that the stricter form and the excess carbs are giving these pumps. I also think I finally know "how" to lift. I can concentrate more on what I am doing. I can get just as good a pump from benching 135 as oppossed to 315. I also started doing cardio again this week after months of laying off. Thanks to you guys, (and these motivating posts) the bug has bitten me again to get in really good shape. No more lazy days. Congrats man!! I know this place has helped me with my Motivation as well, and also helped me in Fine tuning some of my Diet (thanks OG) Now I just need to stick with it for another 6 weeks and see where I am.
