Well, I'm getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled this Friday and am going to be out of commission for a few days. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/cry.gif

I'm training extra hard all week prior to the operation and will mostly live off protein shakes and smoothys while I can't chew solid food. Sooooo.... if ya'll have any other liquid recipes that might help me get through it I'd really appreciate it. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Oh damn that sucks but I would get some MetRx for sure. Theres a company called Odwalla that makes fruit smoothies too. Those things are the best.

I make my own shake for breakfast every morning that is pretty filling.

6 egg whites
1 cup skim milk
1 banana
1 package of quaker oats fruit oatmeal (peach, strawberry, etc)

30 Seconds in the blender and you're good to go.
