Don't need the cables and software CDs unless you have them. Can be OEM or ATI labeled. Manuals not necessary but preferred. I can buy a brand new OEM version for $49 plus shipping so I'm looking to save money over that. Looking for ~$40 shipped. Let me know if you have this.

hmm if your looking at getting one just to use it for the cable tv i suggest getting a new style leadtek or msi tv@nywhere card...the msi even has a new conxent decoder that higher than any other, but if your plans are to use it for both video card and cable then i'd get one off ebay.

Yeah, I already found one. eBay normally rules, but for this particular item everyone thought their stuff was worth it's weight in gold. I found a new OEM one from another website for half of what these other people wanted for their used old crap with no warranty.
