Do you guys ever buy the egg whits in a carton. It looks like a small carton of milk but its egg whites.
Just curious if it is as good?

I've seen them,but I just buy the dozen and do it myself.

I've bought the liquid ones in a carton and it is super easy but the cost is way too high for me. I just buy 2 of the 18 egg packages every six days. At the place I shop I get 36 eggs for about 1.00 more than the carton of liquid that has about 10 whites worth.

Egg whites naturally don't contain any bacteria and therefor can be frozen, thawed, refrozen, etc etc. and kept in the fridge for an indefinite period of time. So, in terms of health, they're perfrectly fine and also cheaper. I haven't tried them myself but that's just because I haven't had the oppurtunity.

Tried them once, there not bad. But as much egg whites I eat (prob about 3 dozen on a good day). I normally get regular eggs on sale.

I recently bought some and they're actually pretty good. They are a little expensive but cut down on time for sure.
