I'm trying to eat 6 egg whites in the morning. I know this is a dumb question but would I be losing anything by boiling the eggs ahead of time?? It's becoming tiresome waking up and cooking them over the stove top in the mornings. If I can just boil a dozen at a time every other day that would be sweet! Lemme know.
THanks,
Landon
None of the protien or Nutrients are lost by boiling the eggs.

yea I boil them either when i'm taking a shower or the night before. Most of the time i just scramble them with some tuna or something tho.
Egg whites scrambled with tuna over a little bit of rice and light soysauce. Kind of like a modified fried rice.

boiling would work.. but you dont want all the yolks from 6 eggs either.. just scramble up a bunch and throw in some tupperware... toss in the microwave and run. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

I was thinkin I could boil them then take the yoke out. That way they become finger foods!
