My buddy right at the top of the OMRRA racing leauge and is looking to bulster his position to the lead. I told him i'd ask you guys what a good work out routine would be so that he could possible be more fit for the coming season.

well i remember you ride MotoX.. your buddy the same? or is this road racing? key things i would think would be cardio to increase stamina and endurance.. also dropping a few lbs leaning out wouldnt hurt as to lighten the load the bike hauls. id suggest using decent amount of weight in the 10-12 rep range for endurance, no need to be huge when your racing. he'll want to be able to perform at max with minimal fatigue for the duration of the race.
