Just wondering if its a good idea to supplement with this, say in a Protien Shake after my workouts. My goal is to loose weight, and not gain remember, So i'm curious if this should be taken still..??

Ive read taken in fat post workout isnt the best idea.. If you make a shake later on or something its good.. A healthier type of fat. If you dont get much fat from food it maybe a good idea. But your trying to lose weight so that im unsure about. As long as you have low fat intake IMO it wouldnt hurt..

My belief is fat is essential to absorb proteins. I just make sure to get them from good sources.
I get a large percentage of my fat calories from a product called Udo's Oil. Look for it.
Another thing. My post workout meal is always carbs. I follow that with a protein heavy meal within an hour and a half. I adhere to the theory that your body craves carbs to replenish muscles immediately after exercise, and isn't ready to deal with a bunch of protein properly for a time.
Prior to a workout session I go heavy on protein. If you put a load of carbs in pre-workout they will be grabbed first to fuel your session instead of utilizing what you want to be burning....bodyfat.

Something I just found out when I was asking about estrogen inhibitors is that Flaxseed Oil and soy take the place of the more expensive ones. I found this out when I recently started taking T-Bomb. I asked the guy at GNC about it and they said that Flaxseed oil and soy will take care of the estrogen caused by the excess testosterone.
