I'm loving those alumitech grips... hmmmmmm if I don't see them at this year's NEC bike show in the UK, I'll be hitting u up for some this winter!

Also, how hard are they to put on... seems like having that collar on the inside would make it rough to slide on because it pushes the grip tight onto the bars/throttle tube... easy? hard? recommendations for install?

Man, I like those sliders. Especially since they replace those ugly stock spacers. My order will be placed as soon as I can sneak the money out ;)

The D3 grips are a sinch to put on! A little hair spray and a good man-pull and they are on! :cheers

those pics are of my bikes, the sliders look better in person, and they are EZ to put on with 2 people, no chain adjustment is necessary they fit real good, better fit then stock, machined really good

Some guy on WERA is selling little pieces of Delrin that have been turned on a lathe to match the inner diameter of the rear brake bracket that the axle slides though... Holds the bracket in place while you re-position/mount your wheel so you don't have to sit there and fuck with it for like 10 minutes trying to get the damn thing lined up :lol Makes tire change day have a hell of a lot less cursing involved :lmao

Well they showed up on Joann's day off, so I down played what UPS really delivered, so I think we'll both get to stay "leashed" for awhile longer :biggrin

Here's my user submitted photos. I had to photoshop out a few embarrassing swingarm scratches from when the wifey ran over the rear stand handle and it fell over, thankfully leaning against the vette :dissapointed

Delivery was fast, packaged well, and as expected a snap to install http://tjfdesigns.com/smileys/good.gif

You have to put the slider on after installing this side or the socket doesn't fit on. It's actually in the instructions
