for some reason when i try to scroll down a page it does a double jump everytime i hit the scroll down bar. anyone know why. it's a work pc and my co-workers got on here and fucked up some of the settings. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif

Just go to the control panel and select mouse ... there is a setting for the scroll that you need to change to what you want ... that should fix it ... http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

I think I know what youre talking about.. If you hold the scroll bar itself and drag it up and down it will jump to the top too.

I found the only way around it is restarting or formatting. But then you could always try installing the OEM mouse drivers.
