You aren't going to get many replies here of how to do that because it's usually an unhealthy method when you drop weight that fast and it's almost always not body fat. Most of those crash diets just make you lose water weight and often times muscle mass and a little body fat. In the end you'll just be heavier than before but with more fat and less muscle.

You can safely lose 1 - 2.5 lbs or so a week. Read some of the other threads in the forum. there's a lot of good info and good luck. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

I feel your pain.... my friend was on some pill that decreases your appetite and he lost like 50lbs. I forgot who makes it, but I think you still need some will power no matter what you plan to do. I would imagine that taking the pills involves less will power than exercise and eating right.
Try going to a gym and biking. Running when you're too heavy is just going to ruin your knees in the long term....
I'm guessing you're coming out to play in April ? That gives you almost 3 months. You can lose 30 lbs the right way in 3 months.... it's just going to take alot of dedication and determination..... good luck and I look forward to seeing you this season http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

You'd be surprised on how much weight you can loose by going on long walks.

Basically what I've been doing (and it's working) is take out as much fried food as possible from your diet. If you drink a lot of soda, then cut down on that. Replace you bad foods that you eat a lot of with "better" foods you like.

The main thing is do it slow. If you loose a bunch of weight fast it's not healthy and will probable not last. For you weight a few pounds a week is good.

Good luck http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Have you tried Vibrating heat beads??

In all seriousnous, if you could find an ECA Stack you might be able to Boost yout weight loss, but Ephdra is banned now. You really should look into getting Fit and healthy. Get a gym membership, and start doing weight training and Cardio.

I personally Don't fall for crash Diet's, and beleive that eating right ALL the time is the way to go. you don't have to count Calories, but be aware of whats in your food, and Aprox what yout intake should be per day. Don't look at it as a Diet but rather a lifestyle change, because if you change your eating habits back to how it is now once you hit your goal, then you will put it back on.

With a good Wotkout Routine, and Diet you should be able to loose about 1.5-2 lbs a week, IF you stick with it.

this is great advice, I would a thought that the easiest way to lose weight healthy would be to just do this - look ats whats unhealthy in your diet and replace it with something healthy. The key to a successfull and easy to maintain HEALTHY diet is not to be battling hunger all the time.

for and example turn you fast food meals into Tuna and salad sandwichs or something

turn your soda drinking into water drinkng or at least tea or squash or something.

Watch your beer consumption. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/cry.gif - when you are drinking beer dont eat with it. Drink beer for an evening and it inevitably makes you feel hungry so there you are at midnight - drunk reaching for some fuck off great pizza or something - Im sure everyone can relate to that....So not only do heavy drinkers get the calories from the beer even worse is that you eat more fatty shite food as well.

When you hungry and fancy a snack - dont reach for a chocolate bar or crisps grab an orange. So your still eating when your hungry - your just eating different things.

and so on....without even watching your calorie consumption if you went through a process like that along with starting a bit of excersing or walking, you will start to lose weight.

1st thing is a good diet. For instance if you ate 2500calories a day and stayed at the same weight(called maitance calories) Then dropped it down to 2000calories you would lose around 1pound a week... Add in some cardio and you can lose around 2-3lbs.. More then that you would be losing more muscle..

Not a big fan of pills either.. I dropped 20lbs in 6months by not drinking sodas everyday and cutting back big time on the candy.. Now I gained it all back plus some http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif but mostly muscle. haha..
Good luck man, if you keep with it, it will happen. Will power does wonders..

The pills don't works as good as they use to when they had the stuff in them.

A good start is exercise (cardio & weights). Stopp eating all the fast food stuff and anything that is pre-mad. 6 to 7 small miles a day consisting of Protien, Veg, small amounts of carbs.

Whatever you don't crash diet, you'll end up gaining it all back. Lean off the heavy carbs little by little.

I started by not drinking soda, and heavy carbs during the night. I had my carbs in the morning (toast for breakfast, and maybe potato during lunch). After 12pm it was all protein based foods. That's what worked for me, eveyone is different - you'll have to see what works for you.

My days now are:
5am (gym weights)
6:30 (MRP shake)
9am (4 egg whites, 1 slice wheat toast, 2scoops of protein shake)
11:30 (2scoops of protein shake)
2pm (Grilled Chicken breast or Tuna)
4:30 (MRP)
6pm (gym cardio)
7:30 (6 egg whites or chicken breast with broccolli)
10pm (2scoops of protein shake)
