anyway. fleshy. big pecs are not easy. for many people you either have them or not. its genetic. but, you can work your ass off to build them up. genetics isnt everything.. i graduated highschool at a stickly 145lbs... now im more than 60 lbs. heavier and i aint tubby. lol


anyway, without doing juice, and taking in 6000 calories a day here is what you can do... start off at home with some pushups. start with four sets of flat pushups, three sets with your feet on a chair, and then do some wide grip dips.. dips are a great upper body builder. i love them. one of my favorite movements. you can do them between a couple counter tops, or stools. but use a wide stance to focus more on the chest rather than a close grip to hit more of your tricepts... but for every push movement your body needs a pull movement or else you make yourself prone to injury.. so with that said start doing some pull ups. do 4 sets of wide grip with palms facing away from you, then do 4 sets reverse grip with palms facing you (close grip). do each set until you cant do anymore (both chest and back). keep a log on how many you do, what time of day and how long it took you to do your workout. this is a simple routine anyone can do and it will get results. do it for two months and then come back here for a more hardcore program.. but you have to be serious about it.. do it every other day. for instance...

monday: chest
tuesday:off
wed: back
thurs: off
friday:chest
sat: off
sun : back
it shouldnt take more than a half hour for your chest day, and twenty minutes on back day... eat more protein, especially before you go to bed.. get a protein shake.. i like designer protein.
