When I started the Diet 3 weeks ago I was 272lbs now im down to 252lbs im eating 7 to 5 times a day but last couple of weeks come around 5 to 6pm i start getting this little headache. im also prespiring a lot which has never been a problem for me.. and HELP!

im doing about 40min of cardio 5 times a week and consuming about 1500 to 1700 calories a day im not trying to build muscle! also taking in about 175g of protien a day spread ot of course!

Is your bloodpressure high?That would do it;be careful bro.You may be pushing it a little too hard especially if you just jumped right in after being sedentary fro a while.

But most of all,your caloric intake is VERY VERY low for your size.I know you want to drop fat,but thats not enough calories bro,your going to go into starvation mode soon and your going to cease losing fat.How high is your complex carb intake?You taking in too much caffeine?How are you hydrating yourself?Also,if your blod sugar levels drop too low,that will cause all sorts of shit to happen,headaches being one.This happens on restricted calorie diets frequently.Give us more info.

Im drinking about 2-3 liters of water a day.. i have been keeping my sodium low all the carbs that I do take in are Complex carbs from wheat. and I drink about a cup of coffee every other 2 days.

Its not really a headache. its more of a discomfort in my head.. how about the persperation.. does that have to do with my metabolism speeding up?

Blood pressure.Sorry.

It could very easily be diet related as well.I also get headaches(weird feeling) when I get hungry,especially in your situation

No I dont think its my BP becuase im not getting the hot feeling in my head. .I had high blood preasurse before so i know the symptoms.. but just for shits and giggles ill get my preasure taken at the gym tomorrow!

yeh the fitter you are the more efficient at cooling yourself your body becomes so you tend to sweat more, which enables you to do more - which has the knbock on effect that you need to up your water intake.

well got my BP taken today and it was perfect.. the trainer said that the calories I was taken was fine if im not trying to build any muscle right now... and that the minor headaches are just my bodys ways of saying PLEASE MORE FOOD. even though i have not had one now for 2 days.. He did recomend that if they persist to see a doctor though cuz he is not Certified medic!

Yah man 1500 cal is LOW. I weigh about 200, and try and get about 2000-2500 when loosing weight.

You have to remember that your Body Size makes your Daily Caloric output much higher than someone who is 150lbs.

YOu guys need to know the rest of the story.. Im currently in a weight loss competition at work.. for a total of $1750 for the person that can lose 40lbs in 16weeks first or the closest to 40lbs in 16weeks.. so its not his choice (the trainer) to put me on such low calories. as soon as I WIN the competition which im in the lead now with a total of 22lbs ill start intakeing 2200 to 2500 calories a day with more working out and more Protien.. hey! i can really use that money right now!

I think it's time for some new diet advice for you Fiddy:

meal 1:2 bagels w/bacon lard,6 egg yolks & extra fat Cream Cheese smeared on for good measure

Meal2:6 Egg McMuffins and a nice chocolate shake

Meal3:2 dozen White Castle's,3 large fries,and a Diet Coke,to go.

Meal 4:Nice Big German Chocloate Cake(eat the whole thing Pvt.Pile!)a gallon of Heavy Cream to wash it down with.

Meal 5:3 large everything Pizza's,extra sausage grease please

Meal 6:Whole apple pie,topped w/ a gallon of ice cream(flavor of your choice)

Midnight snack:whatever you get your hands on and can eat for a solid 30 minutes non-stop

oh man that white castle sounds good.........i forgot you guys got that out there in new york huh?i used to live down the street form 1...i would eat breakfast lunch and dinner there.......lol.......lets just say i wasnt to healthy then..lol..im actually getting ready to move back to detroit the beginning of march...i cant wait to eat me some fresh ones...lol...i can feel myself getting fatter already

shit your tellign me..afte the bar i used to get the 10 sac and eat them like it was nothing...it really suxs not being able to eat what you want...should turn into one of the pukers...eat a real nice meal that tastes grat puke it up then eat a opiece fo chicken and some veggies....lol...j/k

I know I sound like a broken record but what you're doing is unhealthy and your contest really ought to be "who can lose the most FAT in 40 days". Anything else is stupidity.
You don't say how tall you are nor how much fat you are packing around so I have no clue as to your % of lean mass.
The reason for your headaches sounds to me like you're doing too much too soon, not to mention starving yourself to boot.
Get yourself some calipers to determine your body's composition, crank up your calorie intake, and deep six the person masquerading as a trainer. Even if you were extremely obese there's no way your current caloric intake
is adequate.
And...please don't take my comments personally. What you are doing is no different than how the vast majority of the other folks on this planet would go about losing weight. How could you be expected to know any different?

Trust me I dont take anything personal.. im 6ft 272lbs im im down to 247lbs already the headaches stoped about 3 days ago I still eat my 6 meals a day and dont even feel hungry anymore.. well sometimes and when i do, I eat an apple or a bananna!!
