hey does anyone know if the Swing arm linkage is the same on an 1992 1100 swing arm as it is on a 750

You didnt say the year, so I'll assume you mean 92 750 (90-92 are the same).

No, the linkage is not the same. The dogbones (drag links) on the 1100 are stamped steel so the linkage width is differnt as the aluminum 750 links are wider. The 750 link arm is narrower than the 1100's. So if you considering getting a 750 swingarm then get the links with it and vice versa.

The links are not the same I put a 89 750 swing arm on my 92 1100 and i had to change all of the linkages.
