Ok heres the deal. We have 25 rooms as of right now at the Wymdom Hotel in Colorado Springs Wyndham Colorado Springs 5580 Tech Center Drive Colorado Springs, CO 80919 Phone: 719-260-1800. I have to personaly sign a contract with them saying that we will fill at least 80% of 25 rooms (20 Rooms) If we do not fill this amount once the contract is signed I am subjest to a 75% charge ($1600) I NEED the confermed people that want a hotel room at the Wyndham hotel in Colorado Springs to Email me at chad.lukkes@comcast.net (http://chad.lukkes@comcast.net )I will be taking this as a confirmed room res. This will bind you to a room. PLEASE make sure you are 100% sure you want a room before you email me!!!

The room rate after taxes is going to be $85.64 per night. This is either for a single bed or two double beds. The rooms will be all togather. if you are going to bunk up with someone please let me know in your email.

As i said before i need ONLY the people that are $100 sure they will be staying in the room to email me.

Once i sign the contract and we have at least our 20 confirmed people. I will give you a POC to call and set up your res.

They are willing to block off parking spaces for just our bikes also. We have to have the contract signed and everything taken care of by 20 April 2004.

I will be posting names of who is confirmed on the site at least once a day if the list changes.

I am sorry i have to do this, but i dont have $1600 to foot the 75% fee if we dont get this many people.
