Just wanted to say thanks for the tip about the fruit. In a matter of a week or so I've gone from being "defined" to allot more "chiseled". The day we had that topic I made the switch. I've nearly doubled my protein intake and have noticed my muscles are getting bigger and more "full" looking too.
I'm not sure if it's the red-bull's before the gym or the new diet, but my workouts have gotten allot more intense also. ALLOT MORE INTENSE! I'm picking up weights I never thought I'd be near yet and am actually looking pretty ripped these days. Before I felt small, but now I'm starting to fill out pretty well. Another few months at this and I'll be right where I want to be.
