they thrain very hard....very hard punching
basically hit each other as hard as they can all the time so they get used to it n after a while dosent hurt nemore
wouldnt mind giving it a try 1 day ...pretty sure they dont kick to the head either but dont quote me on that

Yeah I just started jiu jitsu and did kyokushin when I was 8 but can't remember much. Wanted to try it again for my stand up game
