no thsat diet is no good...you ownt do nothing like that
try a 40/40/20 diet prot/carb/fat
try 12-15 times your body weight - 500 to get your calories for the day
cut out all junk food breads, sugars ,fruit, fructose, saturated fats...eat 5-7 small meals a day every 2-3 hours to keep metabolism running high...count calories..dont just eat..i posted good food to eat let me find it...you eat what your ating now and you will get fagt and burn muscle

well dependent on your age weight, you have a target heart rate for burning fat, for me at 165lbs 24yrs old is about 130-140 ... . you may want to up the cardio to about 45 mins and also you lifting,, 20 mins doesnt seem anywehre near enough. shoot for about 1hr http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

damm......I guess I thought i was doing good..............

Also.....bust this myth: you should only lift really hard one or 2 days a week, this gives time for the muscles to relax.

NUBNUTZ,check a few posts down under "weight loss".There is alot of good info in there for you to look at and ponder.

If you want to gain lean mass, then you need to lift your ass off every session until you have nothing left in you.Otherwise you wasting time and hoggging the gym floor for the serious guys http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif.
This is the tip of the iceberg man,you need to have a plan;a nutrition/lifting plan that works.Otherwise you wont get results, you'll eventually become frustrated and quit. You don't want your muscles to relax, you want them to recouperate and grow, ready to hit the weights again hard and heavy.

I think he's referring to what fiddy told you! Just up the cardio, and cut the crap out of your diet. That's it!

It wouldn't hurt for you to read all the threads in this forum either, considering your asking questions that have been covered many times already. Lot's of good info in some of those threads, just dig a little and you'll see. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
