What is everyone's favorite places, I haven't bought suppelemnts in a long time. I am partial to the bottled or canned pre-mixed protien shakes, somehting I can toss in my lunch bag for the end of the day after work and before my training?

i shop at www.bodybuilding.com (http://www.bodybuilding.com) for some thigns..cheap prices there..if there is a vitamin world by you check them out..i use them for my protein shakes..they always have good deals o it...i know you can get better online but when it comes to shipping and all that its about the same..i pay about 30 for 5 pounds..its aittle more then online but itsz convenient..instead of wasting money on them pre made shakes just take a zip lock bag and dump your scoop of whey protein in it and when your read for your meal just dump it into a bottle of milk or water..you will get alot more for your money with whey powder..what i use is ON 100% WHEY taste and seems to work good..i use the chocalote kind..i got the strawberry but that shits just sitting here worthless.tste like absolute shit...stay awy from gnc there morons..lol
