: My Issue With Oneida

I have recently ordered quite a few parts from Oneida Suzuki for a 2002 gsxr600. I ran into an issue when i received an item i didn't order. I thought i'd share my horror story here to show how poor their customer service is for people that decide to order from them.

Like i said, it was parts for a 2002 gsxr600. Oem parts for this bike model & year can be found here (http://tinyurl.com/mnyljv). I ordered the 4 bolts/screws that are referenced as #7. Most of you will know which bolt/screw i am talking about. On Oneida's site, they list #7 as: #7-SCREW-09139-06026. So i placed the order for that and received a package of 4 bots/screws labeled as: #7-SCREW-09139-06026. Here is the image of what it looks like:

So i went and found out the real item# for the item i needed, and according to Suzuki, it's item#: 09139-06087. When i contacted Oneida Suzuki via phone, the guy that answered was extremely rude and would not assist me with my issue. All he kept saying was, "i cannot help you. If you feel Suzuki has mispackaged the item, you'll have to send it back at your out of pocket cost." Same thing from email support, as well.

It's only $8 but it's the point that they don't care about their customers, and apparently will not own up to their own faults. :cursing //end rant

UPDATE: it looks like the installation parts for 2002 gsxr600 page is now down. I went to it just now and it's no longer up. Maybe they've taken it down as i did send an email earlier today about how it's mislabeled.

It's #7 in the schematic i attached. There are 4 total (2 on each side). Basically for the fairings, you have all the small bolts, like 16 i believe and then 4 that are a bit bigger (bigger head on bolt). The bigger ones are what i am referring to.

You're right, it does suck!
