hello guys and Gals

This is actually a little embarrasing.. im not that big of a guy I think! but I have big legs so I started doing cardio agian and did 30min today and now I have this Hug PUFFY rugburn in my inner thigh. that stings EVERYTIME i take a step.. any advise from anybody to stop this from happening and ways to stop the pain and make this heal up quick will be gladley accepted.

Put some lotion on next time and some baby powder on top..shouldnt be a problem after that

I would have that problem if I ran in boxers, and I don't even have big legs. Just wear some boxer briefs.

I used to wear Spandex bike shorts under my sweats,try that.Once the hair gets rubbed away from your inner thighs it shouldn't be a problem though.

Use a powder like shower to shower on your thighs. It reduces friction and will stop that from happening.

Vaseline.

On long runs or marathons I get fucking sore nipples from T-shirt rub if I dont apply a bit of Vaseline to them.

Also If I wear a pair of Ronhill running leggings when Im training to keep the wind of my legs during the bleak winter shite weather here and do more than an hour and a half they friction burn my bollocks and thats nearly as bad as nipple rub. When I use to work as a Mover in the summer, I would often get that, because of sweating and having to walk for hours and hours. Put some baby powder or Cornstarch on your inner thighs to reduce the pain. It reduces fritcion, and will make it bareable. When you do cardio from now on Wear something that will stop your bare skin from touching, a good set of Spandex undies should do the trick, you may also want to try some of the other suggestions. baby poweder should also stop it from happening again.
