so they are now snell approved?

i dont like studs personally, and dont like the name of a major city on the helmet either

Look a little on the thuggy side to me. :thumbdown :scared

Nope, no Snell. You'll find that a lot of helmets are steering-away from the Snell rating after it got so beat-up in the magazine review a couple years ago.

i dont know for sure, but someome told me that spikes like that can casue more damage in a crash by punching through the helmet shell and into you skull.

They are actually studs on the Icon helmets not spikes. No worries!:p
