How do you you build a massive upper and lower chest equally?pushups variations? Also how to build popeye forearms?

There is a book by an old school trainer called "Getting Stronger" by William Pearl. Might help you decide what could work for you.

chest, your best bet is dumbell presses.. incline/ flat /decline bench. and for forearms, just do forearme curls http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Work all the body parts they all play a role for one another. Stronger tricepts will halp you push more weight for your chest. Do the whole package you make gains better and you look better.

I currently do.
BB bench press
DB incline press
Weighted dips(favorite)
ALong with a few other tricep excerisizes and alot of other excersizes for the rest of my body..

my chest routine goes
BB or DB bench (flat and incline)
flyes (incline and flat)
finish it off with declines, hammer machines, crossovers - just something to get a good burnout/pump.

My chest routine is as follows:
Incline Bench BB
Flat bench DB
Dips
Fly machine for full stretch
decline flies with cables

best way to build all around, IMO:

Squats... go heavy
bent over barbell rows
dead lift
standing front presses w/ bar
bench press

if you do these over and over, you'll be strong as an ox

here is what i do for my chest and it worked pretty good until i quit going to the gym for a while, usually makes it hard to get stronger that way.

flat bench bb 5 sets if motivated but atleast 4
i do
10 reps 1 set
8 reps 2 set
6
4
2 and so on

then i move to the flat bench and do it with db but only 4 sets if motivated usually 3 sets

incline either db or bb whatever is open same reps as the first bb bench

decline with the bb same as above

then i finish it with flies on the machine.

worked pretty good i was barely doing 190 on the bench when i first started and about 3 or 4 months later i maxed out at 355 on the bb bench.
