However I don't drink too much beer anymore, maybe once every week or two. It's really a major diet buster. I used to drink 6 pints of Guinness every other night!

Dude - I guess this Low Carb beer is only big in Canada. I know its still bad for you but 4 Labatt Sterling is equal to 1 Coors Light.
Can't be that bad, Plus, I prefer juice over smoke even though it was recently legalized in Toronto

Nahh man. It's gotten really big here too. The biggest low carb beer being pushed at the bars right now is
Michelob Ultra .

The thing is... most light beers are already sort of "low carb". I've compared Michelob Ultra ,to Bud Lite, to Miller Lite and they all are about the same carb/cal. So, I choose Miller lite based on taste mostly. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I found a chart that compares some of the low carb beers. Personally, I agree with the creator of that chart. I like Amstel light the best.

i always drank michelob light and liked it..drank it for about 7 years or so...but even low carb bears have caloris in it..and if you drink 10 beers or so tahts stil alot of calories to burn...but if you are trying to be a bodybuilder alcohol is not the best choice for you...
