If that wasnt enough I was aggravated and said fuck it went to the gym ran for about 6 miles and pop it went................ I couldnt move I jumped to one side off the belt and apparently turned white because several people hurried over. I was helped out to my truck the manager (who is a friend also) kept insisting he call an ambulance but give me a break dude leave me with some dignity here http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/wtf.gif Went home called the doc and he prescribed me Percs until he can see me at 8 tomorrow morning. I have a feeling this surgery will be happening sooner then I thougt!

Well here I sit with a locked up knee feeling like Im floating.

elyptical cross-training machines?
those things are weird, but u can burn some madd calories on them. Still not as much as a stair climbing machine, but those kick your arse.

As of right now I cant do anything for atleast a month. I go in next Friday for my surgery at Uconn. Im so stressed out its not even funny. There is no better feeling then working out and now I cant do it. Im afraid to eat for christ sake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry to hear that Wifey...but you should be back in action soon!! Hopefully you will have a speedy recovery, and back into working out quickly!!
