Nevermind talked to a friend and figured out what it was.

haha well how do I get rid of it then? Anyways the issue ended up being i believe the random tune from my pc3r and at a stop light when I shut off my bike the engine became flooded and it wasn't starting. Then all the fuel got some air and within my exhaust popped and then it ended up starting.

look at the blue bar on the first post and see thread tools? click it and delete this monstrosity! ;)
