You need to connect PCV via usb cable to laptop. Run Power Commander 5 aplication. Choose "Power Commander Tools" from the tab bar, then "Update firmware" and choose the folder with "PC5 Moto V0.1.3.0.pvu" (or other - name of file depends on the software version You want to upload).
