Just like the title says... List them here for everyone to see. I'll start.
This may not be the best place on the net, but I found it very useful when getting started. Most useful was the nutrition tracker tool they have. It counts fats/carbs/cal's of everything you eat all day long. Just log in and input your food, it does the rest. This was a great tool for me when I got started. It helps you learn what's good and what's not all while keeping track and setting goals for you. They have some useful info in the forums there too. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
Check it out at FreeTrainers.com (http://freetrainers.com)
So what sites do you like... and why? http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

thats the thing with some of the bigger sites.. they cater to a broad range of folks.. alot of dumbhsit questions and repeats..took me more than a few days to find the forums i did.. most of them are aimed toward anabolics, but those dudes are into serious training, helps alot to get info toward your specialzed goal.. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

www.fitday.com (http://www.fitday.com)
This has been really helpful with me tracking caloric intake and the amount of exercise I do. It also has sort of like an online food journal.

I mainly use this one :
www.runnersworld.co.uk (http://www.runnersworld.co.uk)
lots of helpfull stuff on there although a lot of it is geared at racing. I post in their Triathlon/ultra forum quite regularly.
but there is also loads of stuff on injuries/nutition/training plans for begginners/info on running gait /correct trainers/ etc.
the American version of the site (.com) has a Shitload of stuff on Nutrition and a lot more stuff on running as a weightloss tool and is possibly a bit more beginner friendly.
