I need some sort of schedule. Im not consistant with my routine because I always forget. How about someone be my pal and hook a sister up http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I need everything from days to do them to reps/sets http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

1. Dishes - 1 set a day, as necessary
2. laundry - until failure
3. Clean house - superset with #4
4. blowjobs - 1 set in morning, noon, and night
5. anal - 1 set, 3 times a week
6. dinner - 1 set a day, every day
7. clean husband's bike - as necessary
this should be a good start

to sort out a program for you, you would need to say what you were hoping to achieve, whether it be fitness, more muscle, or to be better a particular sport. it would be helpful to know what level/condition you are at now.

oh and wifey, after your first program list, you might want to change your sig to...

Chest/triceps
flat bench press 3 sets
decline bench 3 set
incline dumbell press 3 sets
dips leaning forward 2 sets
close-grip bench press 3 sets
skull crushers 3 sets
tricep ext 3
wrist curls 3
reverse wrist curl 3

back/biceps
deadlifts straight back 3 sets
bent over barbell rows 3 sets
wide grip pullups 2 sets
seated cable rows 2 set
barbell curls 3 sets
inclinehammer curls 3 sets
preacher curls 3 set

legs
squats 4 sets
leg curl 3 sets
hack squats 2 sets
leg extension 2 sets
weighed calf rasies 4 sets

shoulders/traps
military press 3 sets
cuban press 3 sets
bent over lateral rasies 3 sets
upright rows 3 sets

Hayez,that workout is fine for a guy,but in my opinion it's waay to many sets for a female who is just trying to tone up.If she did all that she'd be overtraining and sore all the time,especially after seeing what her diet consists of.

i was just using that as an example lol she probally wants to do light weight 10 - 14 reps to lean out...my female does the same woutine as me basically just higher reps...i only do 4-6 on each one

but most are just the basic exercises...got to trainn all equal so none lags ...but your right nutrition is key..40/40/20 is the way to go

oldgixxer: you took the words right out of my mouth about being wayy too many sets. I don't do anywhere near that many sets. I generally do 6-8 total for big muscles and about 6 total for small muscles. I think it is working out just fine for me, although I am all naural. Someone on the juice needs to do a whole lot more than that. Right now I am 5'9'' and about 215. Tha last time I had my bodyfat done it was about 13-14% so I am not "ripped" but I like to eat too much for that and I get very moody when I am hungry or can't eat some food that I want every once in a while. Good luck Wifey, from the pics I have seen of oldgixxer I think I would be talking to him.
