I like to go out north to P43, it's about 5 miles long and has some decent turns. If you take HWy 36 to 72nd and go north you will see it a couple of miles past the airport you will want to take a left at Omaha Terrace. Where do you guys ride I need new roads.
Thanks

Very fun up around GW... but it is becoming a little risky like Will said. Last time I went through there, I went pretty slow on my way through, and I'm glad I did, or I wouldn't be writing this now.

there are some, you just have to know where to find them.....a bunch around north dodge, a few industrial parks, and some recreational areas. not wonderful twisties, but they'll do in a pinch http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

There are some places with long sweepers that I guess you could call twisties if you didn't know better but there are no real twisties in Omaha area.

Damn, dude. Nice pimpin. You work for them or something? http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif There are some good roads around here. CB to Glenwood on 275 is fun, but watch the 5-0. L34 to Beebeetown is nice when the bridge isn't out. Some gravel there too. MoValley up to Pisgah then over to Woodbine is real good. Lots of switchbacks and elevation changes, and a very smooth surface. Q St west of town is a nice high speed run with some good corners and a very long stretch to make a max speed run with plenty of shutdown room. Out north is Ft Calhoun Rd, Ponca Rd, and the RIver Road (Pershing Dr) that brings you back to where you started when you ride all three. First National Pkwy between 132nd & 144th and One Pacific Place are short but break up the boredom of straight streets. This is all just off the top of my head. You just gotta look around, that's all. Plus it doesn't cost you $200+ like the MAM course does. Not saying it's not worth it at all, just not everyone can afford that kinda scratch, y'know.
