I got a new laptop with XP built in a few months ago. I have been saving pics on it for a while with no problem. Last week it seemed that whenever I tried to save some pics and it would only save it as a bit map image not a jpeg or gif. In the drop down it only list bitmap as file type.....

I have been to the sites before and they were usually in jpeg, so I am thinking that I screwed something up in my machine.....

Any input or thoughts???

Yeah, you have to go and clean out all of your temp. internet files. Once that is done, you'll be good to go.
