Hey guys,

First of all, happy new year to all.

I've been thinking about putting a more modern tail on my 89/91 750. So far I think that the cbr 929/954 tail plastic would be a good replacement, because it is short and it actually does not reach the tank (less fittting problems, see attachment). Anyone has ever seen a picture of an oil cooled gixxer with the 929 tail that they could post here or maybe link me to it? Thanks in advance.

Paul

Here's a cheap 954 tail to play with... e-bay tail (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=10066&item=2451846 180)

I know it's off topic, but let me ask you... Any particular reason for the dual exhaust on your bike?

I like the look of exhausts on big twins
I like a symmetrical rear end
I love Carbon Fiber and really wanted something unique.
I like underseat duals but did'nt want to lose trunk space. I know it's 99% cosmetic - opposite to what an exhaust mod should be but at least they're really light- I actually dropped about 5 lbs pounds from stock and like all Renegadre Exhausts they sound amazing. They really rumble

Looks nice... I always liked the dual exhausts on TL's.
