Hmm can't understand a manual ehh?

Pfft.

You do your nation proud. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif Typical ignorant american.
If ya got nothing good to say,..don't say anything.

Models are very simiar (other than color schemes, as stated), some differences due to Canadian DOT regulations, (ie: rear axle nut, cotter pinned, etc), but not simiar to the CA model.

in simple English, Canadian models are in km/h and not miles per hour. But you can fix that easy.

The canadian model has the word 'eh' at the end of every sentence, and the following words are replaced with equivelants in the manual:

USA Manual Canadian Manual
Horesepower Tuque (sp)
Gasoline Molsen
Oil Molsen Golden
Rider Brian Adams
Passenger Celen Dion

This is sweet....some good ol' fashion Canadian/American Rivalry!

I was at the Mall of America about a year ago when I priced a PS2 at game store. The guy at the counter told me it wouldn't work in Canada cause we use a different electrical system!!!
Shit...I laughed my ass off!

Ah who looks at there speedometer anyhow, it only tells me i'm breaking the law.

Do the Canadian bikes have the emissions crap on them? I also thought that you can get different color schemes up there. I think they throw in a set of snow chains for your bike when you buy one in Canada. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

No emission shite like Cali if that is what you mean. You just get the stickers in Eng/French. Don't lake them any more appealing. They all get removed. Only real difference. And you get better color schemes.

Like Nyjixx Said due to canadian laws some things are differnt such as automatic dayruning lights and some gas emissions are toughter up here, and other than the tune up not not much is differente, but if it was to be my guess Bikes from the USA might have a litle edge on ours due to the emissions regulations up here, I once thought about buying one from the states but it was going to cost too much for it to be inspected and modified to be allowed on the roads up here. http://www.gixxer.com/forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
