Are these the carbs I should go with for a 93 750? I put a first bid in on them but don't want to go any further if they aren't going to work out at all.

yes they will fit as long as they are what is advertised. one of the 750 guys can prob line you up on the jetting or give cycle concepts a call.

yes those carbs will work for your bike with a small change that will have to be made...the 1100 came with smaller carbs than the 750 therefore came with smaller carb boots...if you have a 750, you will have to buy a set of spigots that will match your carb boots for a better seal...give us a call if you need any help with anything!!
